I initially started training after a diagnosis of osteoporosis. Although never having been in a gym, I began consistently doing 2-3 gyms sessions a week and the benefits have been incredible. The coaches at Superior Fitness are very knowledgeable and supportive and I’d strongly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their health.

I was never into the gym but I absolutely love this one. The staff are super and the energy they bring is amazing. It’s always spotless and has a fab motivating vibe. I actually look forward to my workouts now.
