What makes semi-private training different from regular gyms or classes?
Semi-private training bridges the gap between one-on-one personal training and group classes. You train in a small group (usually 6–12 people), allowing your coach to give you personalised attention, tailored workouts, and real-time feedback. Unlike regular gyms, where you’re often on your own, semi-private sessions are structured, guided, and focused on your individual goals while still giving you the motivation and community of a group setting. It’s a more efficient, results-driven, and cost-effective way to train.
After your 6-week challenge, you’ll have the option to continue training with us in our ongoing small group programmes. Most members choose to stay on to keep progressing, stay accountable, and maintain the results they’ve worked hard for.
Absolutely! Our programmes are specifically designed for beginners. We’ll start you at a level you’re comfortable with and build you up step by step.
Not at all. We’ll guide you with a realistic nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. It’s about balance, not restriction. You’ll learn how to fuel your body properly to support training and recovery.
Injuries can be a part of life. Our coaches are cautious about the past experiences that you have had and assess accordingly. We’ll ensure you train safely, without aggravating any old injuries.
